I wonder if they will go after satirical sites or the kiwi farms. They have pages and threads on MAGA people including Trump and they are not flattering.

I like it but i prefer this version:
First they came for the journalists
Then we don't know what happened next
They have net assets of more than 200 million dollars. Plus some endowments. And an awful lot of people all around the world who use and like wikipedia and are out of reach of the orangutan and his army of inbred brownshirts. So, if the need arises, i guess they can move their infrastructure outside the USA after at worse a donation campaign.
And the MAGA who do not like how wikipedia covers their repulsive movement will go back to pounding sand or making another child with eleven toes to their sisters.
That must be my Latin upbringing but the weird thing for me is he doesn't seem to be embarrassed to hit on a computer image but he seem to deem inappropriate to hit on a colleague. I for one find very rude not to compliment beautiful women.
MAGA, sincere, intelligent. Pick two.
Another vote for Doom. The game which made the PC mainstream, made "3D" popular, started the computer arms race (Before you did not need a powerful computer to run eye of the beholder). Finished the home computers in Europe. Made sound cards compulsory. And popularised the FPS genre.
Not the game which makes ME the most nostalgic, though.
Their replacement by French ASMP/A missiles fired by rafale planes is in talks in some countries. For example Germany. The ASMP/A has a range of 500 km and flies at mach 3. An improvement in regard to the B61 freefalll bomb.
Don't expect the talks to go fast.
There are reports that Trump had a code name of Krasnov, but even if he's not a turned agent in the legal sense of the word and is just a convinced one, he's what Lenin called a useful idiot: he's very stupid and very useful. Even if he acts like that out of personal conviction, the Kremlin is running Washington today. Général de Corps d'armée Michel Yakovleff, ex second in command of the SHAPE, in front of the French senators today.
As explained in this article: https://www.theguardian.com/us...
This article is 4 years old, by the way and the books by Craig Unger are written now.
To use a G.W. Bush expression, we have joined the axis of evil. So we are allied with Russia. And what's left of the free world is our enemy. Or rather, we are their enemy now. Trust in the U.SA. is plummeting and soon everything that depends on that trust will go down like for example my U.S. dollars.
Isn't all this just psychological warfare ? To make investors panic. We have no proof that model was trained for as cheap as the Chinese claim. We do not know if they really used a so small number of H800 GPU.
I was just told because of the Berne convention, non-American authors are protected until the year of their death plus 50 years. In the EU, it is 70.
In reverse: Rémi Georges.
They should have stopped James Bond when Sean Connery stopped starring in them, IMHO.
Funny article (I RTFA). Those Amazon corporate people look indeed like idiots. Well, like most corporate people i would say. ^^
Also, i observe that wokism is on the decline. But it seems to die slower among computer people. i wonder what is their problem. Maybe they don't have enough sex.
Yeah, Bond is not a Boy Scout or a real life role model but these movies are not about that. They were fun shows showing bond dominating everything with British charm. Not to be taken seriously. Conan the Barbarian and the Xenomorph from Alien are iconic characters despite despite their moderately nice ethics.
Non paywalled and all. With commentary and the data.

I thank my adorable parents for reading to me in bed, buying me comics then buying me gamebooks to make me graduate from comics then vanilla books. I also thank my primary school teachers for paying attention to their pupils and knowing their tastes and being able to advise us books we would enjoy in our compulsory reading sessions. I am also thankful for these children books for kids 7-10 which while being for kids had sometimes mature themes like suicide or science fiction. Without traumatizing us it made us think.
Did you know that if you took all the economists in the world and lined them up end to end, they'd still point in the wrong direction?
